Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the API. If you use the API on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

We provide an experimental inference endpoint that exposes OpenAI-compatible routes under /v1 (for example chat completions and a models listing). The current dry-run model lineup and capacity may be limited and may change without notice.

This is not a consumer-facing chat product. It is an API for technical evaluation, provider onboarding rehearsal, and integration testing.

3. Access & API keys

• You must present a valid Bearer API key when required.
• You are responsible for keeping keys confidential and for activity performed with your keys.
• We may revoke, rotate, or rate-limit keys to protect the service or investigate abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the API to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt the service or related infrastructure.
• Distribute malware, run crypto-mining abuse, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Bypass authentication, quotas, or technical controls.
• Upload or generate content you are not legally allowed to process.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse or risk to the platform.

5. Your content

You retain rights to prompts and other inputs you submit, to the extent you have such rights. You grant us a limited license to process inputs and generate outputs solely to provide and operate the API, including debugging, security, and abuse prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Model outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Open-source model weights remain subject to their upstream licenses (for example Qwen model terms).

6. Availability & changes

The endpoint is provided on a best-effort basis. Uptime, latency, throughput, and model availability are not guaranteed during the experimental period. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the API at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this endpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the API. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the API in the three (3) months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
